The Platform The system will be Internet driven and can be linked via Barclays own intranet with single sign-on capabilities. We will adopt the Barclays’ look into the Print One System to give it a friendly appeal. All products will have designated levels of authorization associated with them. This will eliminate any unauthorized personnel from viewing products or creating orders for materials that are not associated with their group. Products requiring inventory such as statement envelopes, statement paper, etc. will be all viewable online for releases from inventory and reorders of materials. There will also be inventory email reminder notifications built into the system to ensure that the department heads, purchasing staff, or people responsible for maintaining product on the shelf, are made aware of inventory on a real-time basis. All budget codes, cost centers, ship & bill to information along with any specific shipping methods you would like to have will be built into the system as well. On a monthly basis Premier will provide a detailed electronic invoice of all purchases broken down by department and location item.
On-line Ordering
Time Line
This process is very simple. Any authorized user with a browser can access their information from anywhere. The system is very easy to use and comprehensive. Tutorials that outline a step-by step process are available. Orders can be placed 24/7/365 days a year. Delivery times will be 2-5 working days for custom print on-demand materials. Inventory can ship the day the products are released. We will discuss carriers and freight options with you to determine what is best to offer your clients. Order information, tracking info can be done right through the system as well. Premier will have a team of professionals to handle the processing of print and to answer any questions that may arise.
Premier can start developing this system during February and have a beta test system by March for you to review. Once reviewed any changes can be made that week and upon approval we will publish the site, commence training (very easy) in person or Webx. Overall, within 4-5 weeks after execution of this agreement Barclays Capital will have fully-functioning national system developed.
