The incredible vibrancy and clarity in our screens is impossible to capture in any photo. We only use brand new grade A screens which feature state-of-the-art resolutions.

While the HD (High Definition) screens are truly amazing to watch, the next generation is the IPS screen. The IPS has the same vibrancy and clarity as the HD screens but includes an increased viewing angle of 180º.

With the IPS, several people side by side can watch the video without distortion.

Video

Hard Cover

Our standard cover stock for the video books is comparable to a card stock. Much thicker feel than a magazine. The hard cover video book has the same feel as a hard cover bound book.

Video Sound

Speakers

Our speakers may be small but they definitely pack a punch! We diecut small holes in the video book to allow the sound to be heard clearly. The sound is typically set at a level of 25 out of 30. The volume buttons can be added to increase or decrease the volume.

Standard Video Operation and Buttons

Auto Start

You open the book and the video automatically starts. When you close the book it automatically shuts off.

If you choose to have your video book auto start you can choose to add the buttons below.

Press to Start

You open the book and press the ON/OFF to begin the video. To shut the video off you simply press the ON/Off button.

If you choose this option the ON/OFF button is required and you have the option of adding any of the buttons shown below.

Light Sensor / Motion Sensor

Light Sensor (video box only)

When the video box lid is opened the surrounding light would activate the video automatically.

Motion Sensor

(video box or video POP)

Adding a motion sensor to your video display will cause the video to automatically play once someone walks within 15 feet of the motion sensor! If there is no movement for over 30 seconds the video will stop playing.

Magic Pages™

This is an amazing way to stop one video and play another video. Simply turn the page and a new video will play. This feature is limited to a maximum of three pages.

Patent Pending Cellular Video Book:

Bring your customer service to an entirely new level. After your client watches the video they can simply press the button which will dial a preprogrammed number. Your customer talks through the video book directly to customer service. All their questions are immediately answered.

Booklets and Pages

We can add any amount of pages to your Video Book. If you would like a 4-5 page booklet or a 100 page catalog, we can bind it into the Video Book.

Pockets and Pull Tabs

We can add pockets to hold one sheet of marketing material, a gusseted pocket to hold a packet of marketing materials or a diecut slit to hold business cards or coupons.

Internal Custom Diecuts

We can make the video book slightly thicker and add a cut-out section to hold any type / number of products or gifts!

The internal cutouts can also hold charging cords or earbuds. Whatever the product is, we can also take care of your fulfillment.

Custom Diecuts

A cut above the rest:

You have the option of custom diecutting the paper framing the video screen. You can also custom diecut the outside of the video book.

Note when you do this there would not be a paper edge, the interior foam would be showing. Stock foam colors are black and white. Custom colors are available with quantities of 1,000 units or more.

Printing Features

Foil Hotstamping:

Adds an eye catching visual as the book is being opened or even as you walk by.

Matte or Glossy Lamination:

Matte has a silky texture that gives it a very cool feel. Glossy lamination is always a classy look with a slick feel.

Spot Varnishing:

A beautiful combination, spot varnish over matte lamination.

Added Accents:

Take a look at this special gem accent we added to the outside of this Video Book. There is no limit to the awesome customizations we can do for you!

Battery Life / Charging Cord Options

Take Charge:

Your video book will arrive with a full charge. This full charge will last 2 - 3 months.

If you customer plays the video book a few times a day it would last over a week. If you play it continuously the battery will last for two hours. It takes two hours to fully charge. Each video book comes with a standard charging cord.

Standard charging cord:

If your client is going to play the video book occasionally this is the cord to use. One end plugs into the video book, the other end plugs into any USB charging port like a USB outlet or USB port on a computer.

Continuous play cord:

If you would like the video book to be used as a POP or a display and play continuously you would want to request the UL charging cord. One end plugs into the video book and the other is a USB/UL block that plugs into a standard outlet.

Charging station:

We have manufactured a great docking station for tablet style video book. The tablet is placed into the docking station where it is always charging.

Locked or Unlocked

Your Video Books ship to you locked. This means the end user can not simply erase your video and upload their own. We do provide you with the password to unlock the Video Book and upload your own. The passwrod consists of pressing a series of buttons. If your Video Book does not have buttons we will add a hidden button. Below is and example of our instruction sheet for changing out the video.

Adding videos to your video book

Connecting

Take supplied USB cord and connect one end to the video book and the other end to your computers USB port.

Unlocking

To unlock the video book press the ”PLAY / PAUSE” button 3-4 times. When it is unlocked, a USB symbol will appear on the screen. You are now ready to add videos to your video book. Now that the video book is unlocked your computer will show the USB drive Icon on your desktop.

Charging

Once plugged in a battery graphic should appear. While it is charging the battery graphic will blink. A full charge will last 2-3 months with no playing and 2 hours with continuous play.

Copying

Click on the drive icon to display the contents. There should be a folder titled “Video”. You must save your video inside this folder. Do not rename this folder or the drive. Once you are done copying media into the video folder make sure to eject your video book from your computer first, then unplug it.

Individually Bubble bagged

Video Books are packed in individual bubble bags. The charging cords are bulk packed separately.

Tuck Box

We can package your video book in a bubble bag with a charging cord inside a tuck box. This box can be designed to be used as a handout or can be shipped.

Two piece gift box

We can package your video book in a bubble bag with a charging cord inside a Two piece gift box. This gift box can be designed to be used as a handout or can be shipped.

Art Specs:

We will supply the tem plate in illustrator. Due to overseas production we must have the final file supplied in Illustrator, fonts outlined, images embedded. Images should be high resolution, approximately 300 DPI and to size.
