Say goodbye to summer

SAY GOODBYE Following the success and popularity of Propyard’s Kids and Family Day over the Jubilee TO SUMMER Weekend, organisers are bringing it back as part of their Summer Social series on the 27th August from 12pm until 6pm. In true Propyard style and with even more activities for the entire family, including a drag queen workshop, dance workshops, bouncy castle, crafts, discos and face painting, this is guaranteed to be the ultimate celebration to mark the end of the summer holidays with Bristol Drag Collective. Parents, families, children and even your IN STYLE WITH PROPYARD’S KIDS AND FAMILY DAY furry friends can expect a full day filled with fantastic entertainment presented in unforgettable ways. Listen up to drag queen story time where your little ones can learn about inclusivity through the art of drag and storytelling. Strut yourself at catwalk shows showing off your summer-festival best and head to the ‘Best Dressed Doggy’ show for an event that is not to be missed. This inclusive event is completely free to attend and suitable for all ages (and dogs), with limited bookable tickets available to claim online. Continuing with ‘School’s Out - Summer Art Series, Propyard are inviting you to come and build a replica of Van Gogh’s Bedroom but in your own unique style! All craft materials provided and suitable for all ages. Drop in sessions take place on the 24th August between 11am until 2pm.

In the final session of their Summer Socials, Propyard is also hosting a Graffiti Your Name workshop with Graft. Using paint markers and pieces of coloured mountboard, it’s an opportunity to design and create graffiti name boards with one of Bristol’s leading graffiti workshops.
