Heather Cobb
Heather Cobb, the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Educational Development Corporation (parent company of Usborne Books & More), joined the company as the National Sales Manager in February 2011 after a successful career in non-profit management and fundraising. She has been recognized as a Yoplait Breast Cancer Champion and for her work in the breast cancer community.
Doug DeVos
Doug DeVos is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Amway. He previously served as President of Amway for more than 16 years. DeVos joined Amway in 1986 and served in various leadership positions for Amway in Europe, the Americas and Asia. He served as an industry leader in numerous roles including Chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (2014-2017) and Chairman of the U.S. Direct Selling Association (20032004). DeVos was inducted into the U.S. Direct Selling Association Hall of Fame and received the Direct Selling Education Foundation’s Circle of Honor award.

Tamuna Gabilaia
Tamuna serves as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of WFDSA. In her capacity she leads and oversees the WFDSA initiatives that focus on advocating direct selling industry’s position with external stakeholders, promoting women’s economic empowerment initiatives, fostering highest ethical conduct in the marketplace and enhancing local association management.

Sam Hind is the co-founder and director of Auxano Marketing. She teaches direct sellers to grow their businesses using social media. She is a speaker, coach, social media strategist and host of the Direct Selling Accelerator Podcaster.
David Holl
David Holl joined Mary Kay Inc. in June 1993, and in 1996, he became Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In 2001, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer and then was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. David is a past Board Chair for DSA and a member of the Mary Kay Inc. Board of Directors, the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) Board, and the World Federation of Direct Selling Association CEO Council.
