Treatments for Bladder Disorders There are several treatment options depending on the severity of these symptoms. The three main approaches to treating bladder disorders are medication, surgery, and bladder retraining. Medication treats the urge incontinence and helps to relax the involuntary bladder contractions to improve the functioning of the bladder.
