Had theory predicting ET signal for August 14, 15, 16 of 2015. Was only able to make crude radio telescope. Received signal between 10:00 PM and 10:15 PM August 14 2015. Need to analyze duration of signal and time between them to determine whether there is a mathematical pattern indicating intelligence.
The Radio Telescope is a 10 year old Direct TV Reception dish given to me by my brother. Power source is 12 volt AC to DC Adapter. Used $1.75 satellite finder for meter to measure strength of radio signals. Set gain at noise level, anything on top of that will make it sound.

Had theory predicting ET signal for August 14, 15, 16 of 2015. Was only able to make crude radio telescope. Received signal between 10:00 PM and 10:15 PM August 14 2015. Need to analyze duration of signal and time between them to determine whether there is a mathematical pattern indicating intelligence. The signals were around Sagittarius and Aquila on Aug 14 (as predicted), precisely +30 Degrees altitude, and 153 degrees South East at 10:00 to 10:15.  They came in 4 four bursts of one, three, four, three approximately 84 seconds apart.

Page 12 of 21 I was filming when I was receiving the hypothetical ET signal. The event being filmed, I was able to measure the duration of the signals and time between them by using the time indicator on the quicktime movie. UFO RA and Dec (As you can see I put in the wrong time in military time) Turns out it is much more difficult than I thought to convert degrees above my horizon and azimuth (degrees from true north) to Right Ascension and Declination, but is easy in the sense that there is an online calculator. Here are the results. The UFO was at about 14 hours 30 min hours 23 right ascension and -21 degrees declination. But none the less the add one hour is correct, it is summer and fall fall back, spring spring forward. 
Page 13 of 21 The Wow signal was measured on August 15, 1977 at 10:17 PM Eastern Time. I measured my signal on August 14, 2015 between 10:00 PM and 10:15 PM PST. Measuring the Azimuth with a compass and altitude with a sextant, I was able to use an online converter to get the field of view of the telescope at the time of the signal, which, using Cartes Du Ciel, I was able to obtain maps of the field of view, which were around Libra, Ophiuchus, and Sagittarius. When I worked at the state observatory in Oregon, about 30 years ago, the professor that ran the observatory took me out one night at sunrise to show me his favorite constellation, which was rising with the sun, and it was Ophiuchus. Libra is home to the most likely extrasolar planet to have life (gliese 581) Here is the field of view of the hypothetical ET signal:

I pointed the telescope at the Sagittarius/Aquila area because that is where my theory predicted the ET signal should come from. But I decided to do a sweep of the sky and when I went a little east of the Sagittarius/Aquila area I got a strong reading and decided to measure over there, because it is still close to the right area. You will find if you look for this position on a sky map, the location of the hypothetical ETs is in the constellation Aquarius, around a planetary nebula there called NGC 7293. I will provide a map of that area that I obtained from Cartes Du Ciel:
