This unique, expert-led programme combines self-paced learning with in person workshops and business clinics offering you tailored confidential advice and feedback to maximise your ticketing strategy.

Who should apply?

This specially developed senior executive programme is open to Owners and Commercial Managers in visitor experiences, who operate a real time booking system to manage ticketing and admissions including:

● Paid Attractions ● Activity providers ● Festivals ● Day tour operators

Who is eligible to apply?

Participants should be operating in a role as Owner, Commercial Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager or General Manager, having:

• Management responsibility for ticketing performance and/or pricing;

• Direct access to Board/Owner for strategic commercial revenue and finance decisions.

This programme is ideally recommended for businesses who have concluded the Fáilte Ireland Digital that Delivers Programme and businesses who have received capital funding from Fáilte Ireland in the last 5 years.

This programme may not be advisable for businesses actively involved in Fáilte Ireland’s Digital That Delivers, Employer Excellence or Climate Action Programmes, due to the time commitment already invested by you in these strategic programmes.

The Strategic Ticketing for Business Results programme is delivered across 3 modules, over 6 months.

The programme requires approximately 30 hours of your time including working on your own practical business exercise. The mix of in person, online and self-directed learning and one-to-one business clinics with experts is designed to help you easily put the learning into practice in your business.

Your business commitment

Participants registering for this programme are committing to:

1 Submitting revenue performance data, pre and post programme. All data will be treated confidentially in line with Fáilte Ireland’s data protection policy

2 Completing a self-paced learning module, with accompanying own business assignment. This is to be submitted ahead of the expert led one-to-one clinic, to build your confidence and sense check your pricing model and approach to revenue management before progressing to Module 2.

3 Attending two in person workshops, complete with follow-up assignments to access two further clinics with programme experts, to help you adopt the learning into your ticketing strategy and communications plan.

4 Participating in a short programme impact review after 12 months to determine the programme impact on your business revenue performance.
