Day 03: Drive and trek to Tirkhedhunga 1,430 m 05 hrs.
Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani 2,874m 05 hrs.
Day 05: Morning hike to Poon Hill and trek to Tadapani 2,721 m 05 hrs.
Day 06: Trek to Ghandruk 1,950 m 04 hrs.
Day 07: Trek to Syauli Bazaar and drive to Pokhara 3 hrs walk with 2 hrs ride.

DETAILS ITINERARY
Day 01: Reach Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
The representatives from Nepal High Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. will welcome you at TIA. Then we will take you towards the hotel arranged by our company for the overnight stay. We will have a discussion about trekking with delicious dinner.
Day 02: In Kathmandu with sightseeing tour at places of interest.
On reaching Kathmandu International Airport received by our staff and guide with a warm welcome than a short drive to your hotel in the main areas of Kathmandu city, here joining with other members of Annapurna Base Camp & Sanctuary trekking, our guide will brief with full information about the trek hotels culture with do’s and don’ts, include welcome dinner in a nice Nepali restaurant with folk programs.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara 820m (220km) – 06hrs
Annapurna Base Camp & Sanctuary trek starts with an exciting overland drive on the busy highway to reach scenic Pokhara, on reaching Pokhara transfer to respective hotels by the beautiful Phewa Lake where most of the hotels are located.
(For interested people can take a short scenic flight to Pokhara of 30 minutes)
Day 04: Drive to Nayapul (trek point) with 4 hrs trek to Tirkhedhunga 1,450m
After breakfast, a few hours drives to Nayapul unto Bhirethati by the river Modi, from here walk begins through nice villages coming across trekkers, mule and donkey trains, our route leads to farm areas and villages, waterfalls then reaching at Tirkhedhunga for an overnight stop in the comfort of a nice cozy lodge after a good day walks of few hours.
Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani 2,874 m 06 hrs.
The morning starts with a steep uphill climb on stone steps for an hour or more to reach on top Ulleri village, moderate size villages with houses in traditional Nepalese style of slated roofs from here walk leads with a gradual slow climb into enchanting cool rhododendron and pine-forested area to reach Ghorepani village, located on a ridge surrounded with beautiful rhododendron trees. This village inhabited mostly by Poon people of the Magar tribe and famous for the Poon Hill view top which is an hour climb.
Day 06: Hike to Poon Hill 3,210 m and trek to Tadapani 2,721 m – 05 hrs
Early morning climb to the top of Poon Hill to catch the stunning sunrise over an array of Himalayan peaks from the world 7th highest Dhaulagiri 10th highest Annapurna with the range of peaks including the world 8th highest Manaslu with majestic Machhapuchare peak “Fish Tail”. After enjoying exciting moments head back to Ghorepani and continues trek with uphill and downhill through the cool forest then reaching at Tadapani for an overnight stop.
Day 07: Trek to Ghandruk 1,951 m – 04 hrs.
From this peaceful village walk downhill into the cool forest of rhododendron and pines trees to reach on top of Ghandruk villages, on reaching Ghandruk a Gurung village famous as Gorkha soldiers in foreign countries UK-India and Singapore enlisted as soldiers, besides army services are traditional farmers and cattle herders of Buddhist /
Bon religion and culture. Ghandruk one of the largest villages around the Annapurna area here in the comfort of a nice cozy lodge after a good day walks of a few hours.
Day 08: Trek to Potana 1,900 m via Landruk 06 hrs.
After a nice stop at Ghandruk village morning walk downhill on stone steps reaching another large village in Landruk with a short climb from the Modi River. After a short rest with commanding views walk is easier on winding trails with few short and up and down to reach at Tolka village with grand views of Annapurna South and Huinchuli.
From here walk on the gradual trail with few short ups and downs, passing village Bheda Kharka, and then an hour or less climb into the cool forest to reach at Pitam Deurali at 2,100 meters high, offering grand views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Huinchuli, and Mt. Machhapuchare and of Ghandruk village. From Deurali downhill through the forest to Potana village for the last overnight stop on the high hills of Annapurna.
Day 09: Walk to Kande 1,460 m via Australian camp and drive to Pokhara.
After a nice stop at Ghandruk village morning walk downhill on stone steps reaching another large village in Landruk with a short climb from the Modi River. After a short rest with commanding views walk is easier on winding trails with few short and up and down to reach at Tolka village with grand views of Annapurna South and Huinchuli.

Enjoying time in lovely Pokhara with glorious views, morning depart for Kathmandu with an interesting overland drive to Kathmandu after a grand time at Ghorepani Poon Hill trekking, in Kathmandu afternoon free for individual activities and shopping souvenirs. (Option by air 30 minutes of scenic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu)
Day 11: International departure for homeward bound.
Your last day in Nepal, an amazing country of Himalayan wonders, as per your flight time leaving your hotel where our staff transfers you to an airport, after a great memorable adventure with an enjoyable time on Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking.
