We are a family wine company that was born in 2011 in Rancho Pájaro Azul, located in the Jaral de Berrios Valley, in San Felipe, Guanajuato; when the third and fourth generations of farmers and ranchers of Pájaro Azul, great wine lovers, realized that the characteristics of the land and the micro-climate of the area, are suitable for the cultivation of vines, at 1800m altitude. It is an honor for me to preside over the Guanajuato Food Cluster and address you.
We bring together a group of agroindustrial companies from our state that has been characterized throughout history as the breadbasket of the nation. The richness of its soils, the water that irrigates our soils by rivers, the rain from storms or by all the infrastructure developed by agricultural producers has allowed us to become professional producers who seek that each fruit of our land has quality and is harmless for all of us who enjoy its flavor, freshness and all the organoleptic characteristics that make it palatable to all those who have our agricultural products within their reach and now more and more processed products that are made seeking to bring the culinary culture of Guanajuato. to the international market.
In an effort coordinated by COFOCE and with the full support of state authorities, we strive to reach all international markets that are interested in delighting in our food products.
It is our interest to ensure that our products are recognized for their quality and safety.
