I want to thank my parents a sister for tasting and critically analyzing each dish I made.


TACO FIERY TOAST

Things You will Need :*1 Onion (finely chopped) *Butter *4 Slices of bread *Taco bell sauce *Oil

How to make it :*Toast your bread and apply a little bit of butter to it. *Wait till it turns slightly brown. *Now sautĂŠ finely chopped pieces of onion till colour changes to brown. *Once it is done, evenly spread the onion onto the bread top it off with taco bell sauce.


HELP YOURSELF SANDWHICH How to make it :Toast your bread lightly and apply a little bit of butter to it. Place the potato slices, tomatoes and then the cucumber slices and top it off with cheese and lettuce. Sprinkle it with the sandwich masala. Cut it into triangles and enjoy it with chips and Cucumber pickle!


SACHARINNE CHOCOLATE the bigge ilk in r v m e es h t se r u l. Po Once it turns slightly brown add half a cup of milk.

Add the remaining half cup of milk after the sugar melts.

Pour one cup of milk, in a vessel and add 1.5 spoons of cream and churn it.

Later in a bigger vessel, heat 4 spoons of sugar and keep swirling it continously to avoid to avoid burning.

Things you will need :Heat till the sauce thickens. Refrigerate it.

Eat freshly prepared SACCHARINE SAUCE with vanilla ice-cream.

*Vanilla Ice cream *Dairy Milk chocolate1 slab *Sugar 500 grams *Fresh Cream 2tbsp *Roasted nuts *Milk 1 cup


PINK INK DRINK *1 Cup frozen blackberries, thawed, or 1 pint fresh blackberries *1 Cup skim milk *10 Large fresh strawberries, green tops removed, or 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed *2 Scoops vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream *Put the blackberries in a blender and puree them. *Pour into two large glasses or a glass pitcher. *Put the milk, strawberries and frozen yogurt in the blender, and puree. *Strain the mixture Carefully pour the strawberry mixture on top of the blackberries, and serve immediately.


*Boil peas and potato till they are soft. Drain out the excess water. Allow it to cool down. *Later peel the potatoes and mash them. *Chop onions and tomatoes in small pieces. *Heat butter in a large pan and add onions sautĂŠ it in the butter, till they turn slightly pink. *Later add the tomatoes, peas and mashed potatoes. *Add 1 tablespoon of salt and pav bhaji masala each. *Mix the contents properly and pour 1.5 glass of water in it. Let it heat, and meanwhile keep stirring continuously. .

Garnish it with coriander and add 2-3 drops of lemon for taste. Serve it hot with bread

SLOPPY CURRY


5 Potatoes, sliced

2 Onions Chopped

Garlic2 tbsp

Honey, Thai chilli sauce, ketchup, soya sauce.

Spring Onion Chopped

Salt,Oregano Red chilli powder

3 tbsp maida 3 Tomatoes Cornflour chopped

How to make it:-

MOODY POTATOES

Sauté garlic and onion in ghee. Keep it aside. Sauté tomato paste in ghee. Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, salt, red chilli powder, Oregano and parsley. Mix the sautéd onions into it on a low flame. Now take sliced potatoes and add maida, corn flour and very little of water. Fry in refined oil. Mix it in the sauce and serve hot.

You can store the egg shells to make necklaces, etc.....

ADD 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp

Pour the egg batter and milk, in a vessel . Heat on low flame and Continuously stir the content till it thickens and looks like scrambled egg.

Serve cold.

IN one glass of milk


How to make it :Once done, mix the paste in 2-3 spoons of butter, Add salt, oregano, chili flakes Take a shallow frying pan, and evenly spread it butter on the bread. Put the bread on low flame, and add a cheese and tomato topping Cover it with a dish for 2-3 minutes, till the cheese melts slightly. And now it is ready to serve

SHY GARLIC BREAD Things you will need:3 tpsp of Butter ½ Cup of Garlic Chili flakes Oregano Salt Bread


MUDDLED MARRIES

Mix milk, sugar, custard powder, cocoa and boil it to a thick fluid. Remove from flame and add vanilla essence. Prepare instant coffee in one cup water, dip each biscuit in it and spread these biscuits on a pudding dish. When one layer of biscuit is spread on the dish pour the custard over it in such a way that the biscuit layer is fully covered. Now spread the next layer of biscuits and again pour the custard over it. When the biscuits and custard is done, place the dish in the refrigerator and decorate it with cherry. Serve cool.

Marie Biscuit 200 gm

Custard Powder Cocoa Powder Sugar Vanilla Essence Instant coffee Milk 2 tbsp 250 gms ! tbsp 1 Spoon ! Litre 5 tbsp


Things you will need :Sugar Chocolate Biscuits Bananas

BRUNETTE BANANAS How to make it :*Slice 2-3 bananas *Lay them out neatly on a dish. *Crumble the chocolate biscuits, and sprinkle them on the banana slice *Sprinkle a spoon of sugar over it. *You could add ice- cream or fresh cream.


Muddling and jumbling words has become a daily routine for me. But to laugh on it and accept it comes along with it. so when it comes to talking in public or between a huge crowd I have preferred to be in a corner rather than amongst people. But experimenting and adventures has always been a fascination for me. These qualities are not only seen in my work , but my cooking as well. Ever since I have been a child, I remember cooking my own food when my mom’s food did not match my taste buds. It started with as experiments that have now become an habit to make my versions of food that has a mood to accompany it.
