DiSCover others is about understanding human behavior using the DiSC Model.

The foundation of any partnership are the people and the relationships that are build in time between them.

Every individual is different, their behavior influenced by their values, needs, aspirations, thinking patterns and preferences.

We often face interpersonal conflicts just because we are not spending any time to understand others and why they are behaving as they are.

Oneway culture is a module centered on values, aiming at building a company culture that stands the test of time.

The culture of a company heavily influences how happy (and, thus, productive) its employees are.

It encompasses a whole range of elements from work environment, promotion opportunities and salary to a company’s values, ethics and mission.

Company culture is important to employees, because workers are more likely to enjoy their time in the workplace when they fit in with the company culture. Employees tend to enjoy work when their needs and values are consistent with those in the workplace. They tend to develop better relationships with coworkers, and are even more productive.

Oneway culture is an experience split into three parts.

Part 1

Value discovery Participants discover and understand their personal values.

They learn about the company’s desired and undesired behaviors.

Program description Stand UP @ work is a module focused on developing assertiveness in leaders to inspire confidence and high performance in their teams.

In this module, participants learn to behave out of their confort zone.
