SHRINKING INVENTORY As of September 30, 2011 the inventory of homes in Coconut Grove had dropped to 154. Inventory is the lowest since 2005.

Key Observations As the 3rd Quarter of 2011 came to a close, the Coconut Grove Real Estate market continued to show signs of recovery. A decrease in inventory of homes for sale to a 5-year low, along with a 33% increase in closed sales through Q3 2011 vs Q3 2010, has helped fuel an increase in average sold price.
