Key Observations As the 3rd Quarter of 2011 came to a close, the Coconut Grove Real Estate market continued to show signs of recovery. A decrease in inventory of homes for sale to a 5-year low, along with a 33% increase in closed sales through Q3 2011 vs Q3 2010, has helped fuel an increase in average sold price.
