ON-BOARDING As we begin your process, our management team will schedule your on-boarding meeting with your Sr. Coordinator to go over your project, collect the required documents, and ensure we have everything we need to get started. Once we have your projects loaded in our system we will begin our initial outreach with the insurance companies for additional information and to request the appropriate applications for your provider and organization. After the initial outreach has been completed, your Sr. Coordinator will fill out your applications and submit them for you. Additionally, your team will follow up on the status of each insurance company every 4 weeks until they complete.

NEXT STEPS Once we recieve the data requested in your on-boarding meeting, we will load your projects and information into our system. If we need clarification on anything, we will reach out to be sure everything is correct. We will obtain and prepare the applications from the payor and send them directly to the providers electronically for signature once the application has been completed. If we see delays in providers returning applications, we will work with you to obtain those quickly. If there is any missing information for a provider, reports will come to you weekly and summarize what is missing so you can return that to us. Medicare requests will go out to each individual provider to grant us access to complete their enrollments via the CMS/PECOS/ I&A Websites. This allows us to complete the applications online and send them electronically for signature. Once applications are submitted, we follow up approximately every 30 business days to track status. You will receive a bi-weekly report summary with updates and other important information (i.e. payor delays, ETA’s, etc.). As we receive approved applications, notices will be emailed to you directly. These projects will also show a “Complete” status on your bi-weekly reports.
