JOJO HAS JOINED OUR TEAM AS A SALES ASSOCIATE!

JoJo has done several transactions with us over the years and has referred dozens of wonderful clients our way. You may be one of them! JoJo brings years of experience from the lending world, an incredible eye for design and a deep knowledge of the local area.

A native North Carolinian, JoJo Spallone started her career at Branch Banking and Trust. There she served clients in both private and mortgage banking. She then managed special projects at EagleBank including the EagleBank Bowl and their US Open golf sponsorship. While raising her two sons she shifted to non-profi t work and served on the board and advisory boards at Fair Chance, a local DC organization supporting underserved youth and families. During the pandemic shut down JoJo worked to help form Families4Families which provides fresh groceries to help address food insecurity in the DMV. She is also the founder of JCS Company, LLC where she manages residential home renovations. After years of local real estate study and investment, JoJo is thrilled to join the Taylor Agostino Group at Compass.

JoJo lives in Chevy Chase, Washington, D.C. with her husband, Robert and her two sons.

HCCDC Walking Tour

OVER 60 FOLKS TOOK THE HCCDC WAKING TOUR PROCEEDING CHEVY CHASE DAY SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH.

Guided by Keene, they learned about the history and architecture of Chevy Chase DC, starting at the Avalon Theatre. He talked about the community’s development in the early 20th Century, existing and proposed landmarked structures as well as examples of the wide variety of architectural styles that make Chevy Chase DC so distinctive.
