ABOUT ME

29 year old from the magnificent city off Kiev, Ukraine, currently living and working in Moscow, Russia. I’m a creative geek and a graphic designer with 7 years experience.

I’m always hopeful and in a good mood. I`d like to make exceptional workwith enthusiastic people. More sociable than you think - I’m always open fornew knowledge, information, practice and projects. I am experienced as an art director in a design studio, designer, clothing designer, journalist, fashion-blogger, musician, illustrator and more. Full of energy and positivity!

I speak russian, ukrainian, english and a little bit polish.

EDUCATION

I began my education at the Ernest Thalmann high school number 167. After that I got my bachelor’s degree in economics at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (Kyiv, 2003-2007). Immediately after my graduation, I started to improve and enhance my designer skills.I put a lot of effort and time into a self educating process, and I learned a lot from books . I passed a course of Academic drawing at the Central House of Artists in Kiev (2005 - 2007). After going a long way, (what do you mean with this sentence?) I took up extra training - this time I completed a course at Art-Direction Farm Creative Moscow (Moscow, 2014).

THAT’S NOT ALL! FOLLOW ON!

FOUNDER | ART DIRECTOR Ditch Clothing is the first Ukrainian streetwear brand and one of pioneers in post-soviet area. The brand was created mostly for audience of my lifestyle blog ditcheatditch.com. Started with t-shirts, we evolved into producing capsule collections and experimenting with different fabrics and shapes during our 1st year. Conceptually, we’re considering only local Ukrainian production. Lots of blogs and magazines had written articles about us, we were invited in MTV channel studio, also we were taking part in Afisha’s Picnic (Moscow) and Don’t Take Fake (Kyiv) festivals.

For Ditch Clothing I use all my streetwear producing background and experience of working for international advertising agencies, therefore the brand grows really quick and now it’s ready to hit European market. Right now our team consists of two persons. My father Vadim is taking care of accounting, taxes and logistics, and what I exactly do you can check down below in following article.

MODELS DEVELOPING First rule of Ditch Clothing – to do the garments, that I would love to wear Besides quality of sewing, the most important aspects are to choose best fabrics, furniture, and at the end of the day – creating the perfect shape for each and every item. Every outline of mine is carefully inspected by our constructor, and then he passes finished sample to sewing factory together with ready-to-use patterns. Each and every item needs to be really perfect masterpiece before we start to produce it.

PRODUCTION DITCH CLOTHING became the first Ukrainian streetwear brand founded his production Since 2012 Ditch Clothing sewn in its own sewing workshop, so we have full control of production time and quality of our products.

Our team consists of 3 seamstress and a cutter with a minimum work experience of 10 years.

Cooperation with constructor and technologists saving time and materials. In addition, organized a stable and well thought-out work with suppliers of fabrics, accessories, manufacturers, size tags, fabric tags and other concomitant materials.

Currently, all the organizational issues related to the workshop deals with my father. In addition to producing Ditch Clothing, we sew and other local brands.

COMMUNICATION

Communication with customers and establishing of our own community stands for us in the first place No customer will remain unanswered and no problem will remain unsolved. In our social networks people come on their own and for each one we provide a personal approach - giving instructions on how to care for our clothes, tips about what is better to wear with it, and selecting the best payment method and logistics. We organize competitions, actively communicate with media and we are ready for any interesting competition. I personally attend all the exhibitions and parties of our brand, and always open for communication. All texts for brand communication also written personally by me. An important aspect of our work is also a collaboration with brand shops.

Each point receives instructions for the implementation of sales and subsequently strictly controlled by me for activity and frequency of Ditch Clothing advertising.

PROMO Each shooting is based on my references and displays the concept of release and the brand as a whole All of my life i was a part of the Kiev creative community, so since foundation of Ditch Clothing it was a large base of talented friends who can make a first-class lookbook or promotional video. Location and model always meet my stringent requirements. To create each element of the promotional company at my disposal there are photographers, cameramen, video-editors, sound designers, makeup artists, stylists etc.

In addition, an important component of a brand is the design. I create prints for clothing, logos, websites, posters, stickers, catalogs for shops, design posts for social networking and much more.

Perhaps you’re wondering why I’m looking for a job at the time, when I have such an interesting business? Constant self-development in time management, planning, organization and meticulously to detail made it so that all the work on the brand takes me no more than 45 minutes a day. В этом году, после нескольких лет затишья, первый Украинский streetwear-бренд Коллаборация Mimicry возникла спонтанно и органично и разработала оригинальный паттерн, Ditch Clothing вернется на рынок Украины. И «первым» релизом в Новом Году стало переиздание одной из самых удачных наших коллабораций. Партнером в ней совмещенный с принтом. Классический лонгслив, не до конца понятый и принятый местной стал наш друг - именитый киевский граффити-артист и уличный фотограф U.R.A. аудиторией, и панама, проделавшая долгий путь из нашего детства на площадки модных рейвов. (участник граффити-команд ETC, WMD, T.O.Y. Живет и работает в Киеве). Функциональность и комфорт кроя в сочетании с графичным принтом несомненно придется Мы считаем, что в эти смутные времена, проект вновь остро актуален. Используя по вкусу современным интровертам мегаполиса. Мы создали свой вариант камуфляжа,все доступные в данный момент ресурсы, мы поставили себе цель сделать эту коллаборацию трибьютом киевской молодежи. Никакие войны, террористы напоминающего хромосомы или простейшие организмы под микроскопом. и прочие последствия нашей тяжелой истории не заставят нас сдатся.
