National funding organisations will be there to provide information on grants and Euraxess representatives will showcase their important new web resource for business detailing R&D funding opportunities and jobs.

Ronan Clarke, is Founder and MD of Smart Wall Paint, winners of the 2013 Docklands Innovation Park Enterprise Awards for Best Investment Proposal. This company is a developer and distributer of a range of products with unique applications. Their original product is a smart paint that turns any flat surface into a reusable whiteboard and was based on technology developed by the research team in DIT’s Centre for Research in Engineering Surface Technology (CREST). Smart Wall Paint has continued to collaborate with the CREST team to keep it one step ahead of the competition.
Jim Roche is Founder and CEO of Incereb, founded in May 2011 to develop monitoring products for neonatal (infant) EEG brain monitoring in The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Incereb is currently in the Research and Development Phase of the first product and is now located in the new Centre of Applied Science for Health (CASH) adjacent to Synergy Centre on ITT Dublin’s campus.
Dr Juan Valverde, R&D Programme Manager Monaghan Mushrooms, one of the world’s largest and most progressive fresh mushroom companies, supplying fresh mushrooms to Ireland, UK, Canada and the USA. Researchers in DIT’s Food & Health Research Centre have been working with Monaghan Mushrooms over a number of years on collaborative research projects designed to improve the shelf-life and quality of fresh mushrooms.
