NEW THIS YEAR Any stand builder / exhibitor needing to work beyond 22:00 must apply for a Late Work Exemption through Servifira and may do so at the Exhibitor Service Desks in East Access or South Access, Level -1. Late work will not be permitted on Monday 25 April. All vehicles must exit Fira Barcelona Gran Via venue each night by 22:00. There is Overnight parking: available at Parking Iglesias or Parking Bellvitge (see map next page).

They must wear a contractor badge at all times. y It is strictly forbidden for exhibitors to leave their stands before the exposition is officially closed on Thursday. All stands must be staffed during all expo hours.

An empty stand or early dismantling subjects your company to a significant fine and loss of first round placement for the following exhibit year.

Only removal of small items and valuables. y Pedestrian access: Gate 4 starting at 17:00. y Only vehicles <12m in length will be permitted access to Fira starting at 19:00, once RESA has had a chance to return the empty storage crates. Please expect the following safety measures during exposition days:

y Be prepared to have your bag searched. y All exhibitors, attendees, and contractors are required to bring a government issued photo ID with them to the Expo. Photo ID verification will be in place at all entrances during installation, dismantle, and exhibition days. y There will be no luggage size restriction for exhibitors; however, we encourage you not to bring them onsite due to limited space in the cloakroom. y Expect metal detector screenings and body pat downs upon entering the premises. y We encourage exhibitors to arrive before 8:30 on

Tuesday 26 April to avoid lines. y Vehicles will not be allowed inside the gates during exposition days. y Please do NOT pass your badge.
