Will empower youth in their transition to work by facilitating linkages with small and medium enterprises in their communities. We also build local networks of youth and business coaches in both individual and group settings.
Youth update, their cover letters and personal development plans, continue work based learning activities and share their challenges and solutions as they complete modules. This support helps them reach their long-term goals.

Youth will complete five separate modules of Work Ready and professional development training in addition to work site visits to retail, manufacturing and skilled trades facilities 01 02 03
