Meichen'sapproachtomakingisexperimental,involvingthecombina�onofdifferent fragmentsthroughoutherworks.Shefirstcreatesabstractformsofplantsandcreatures separatelywhentheclayiswet,thencombinesthemintonewformsa�ertheyhave dried.A�erfiring,sheplacesallthefragmentsaroundher.Meichenalsoaimstocombine herceramicpartswithdifferentconcrete,conveyingasenseofthepowerofmutated beingstobreakthroughhumanlivingspace.
