Artist, More Is Required Some may think being a Gospel Artist is enough, as an Artist, our gifts and talents take us to so many avenues. These avenues are not about us, it is about touching the heart and minds of people everywhere. The Bible tells us to let our light so shine that men may see our good works and glorify our Father, which is in Heaven. What does this mean? It mean that after we have left the platform, more is “REQUIRED”. When you sing you are not only ministering you are pointing people in the direction of their “Purpose”. Artists you are gifted to sing and to become entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are individuals who launches or manages a business venture, often assuming risks. God has called us to be Business Owners, in order to be what we are called to do we must be educated. Some Gospel Artist might think singing is enough and they can make money by doing so. I want to encourage you to not only sing about “Faith” but also walk and live by Faith. In order to be successful and have a balance in life you are “REQUIRED” to be more. Read Act 16.13-15 these verses talk about an entrepreneur named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth. She was a worshiper of God. Some singers have gifts of writing, drawing, painting, photography and designers of clothes. In order to tap into your full potential become a doer and not a sitter. God did not give us gifts to keep them hide. Some might say I do not have the money. This is my point make the money. How? Step out on faith, read, and get educated. Information is free; pointed into the right direction is all that is required. Timing is everything. God does not want us to be slow about his business. When your followers look at you, they should view the Blessings of God on your life, and ask what I must do to be successful. Remember NEVER leave God out of the equation. Deuteronomy 28:12-13 12The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. 13The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. Exodus 22:25-27 25"If you lend money to one of my people among you who is needy, do not treat it like a business deal; char ge no interest. I want to encourage each of you as an Entrepreneur, never over charge what you have been blessed to do, serve all humankind with compassion.

I am the Manager and mother of The Campbell Trio. I have encouraged my singers not only to put 100% in to their music but also in their daily lives. In order to have the best in life you must be educated naturally as well as spiritual. I am grateful to God to understand the management side. Each of the Trio have unique gifts only God could have given. They are young people ages 21, 22 and 23 who know the key to success is NEVER leave God out of the equations. Singing is just part of what they do. God’s call has given them the purpose to “HELP” others in more than one way. Andrew the eldest of the Trio graduated from College with his Bachelors in Radio Television & Film and working on his Masters in design. He has also written five poetry books, now a clothing designer; he is also a photographer and website-designer. One is in school and pursuing her music career. The other pursuing music. As a manager and mother, my job is not only to guide but to supervise / manage, market and advertise their products. But I teach them to stay the course, as Disciples of Christ they must help teach others that follow their social media to stay the course, come closer to Jesus, and continue the journey of discipleship and success. We are teachers and helpers one to another. Never forget that all successful people have more than one Occupation. God Bless, Sis. Cynthia Nauls-Campbell

How to Get a Flatter Belly After seeing my before and after, after losing close to 100 lbs., the questions I am asked most often are: “How did you get your belly so much Flatter?” And knowing that I have actually kept the weight off --”How did you keep all that weight off”? Well, the answer to those questions are also the secret not only to losing weight but to keeping the weight off as well. And since the secret to losing belly fat is such a vital part to staying healthy I will go into point by point detail and break it down into three parts:

Gut Health

Most people suffer from the leaky gut syndrome. The walls of the intestines have been compromised allowing intestinal fluid to leak into other parts of the body. These digestive juices wreak havoc when they are not in their proper place. This causes swelling and swelling tells your body to store and make fat! -Get your digestive tract detoxed: Drink warm lemon water before going to bed, have 3 tablespoons of Organic Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz of Cranberry juice first thing in the morning. -Avoid and or reduce the intake of the foods that cause the gut to leak (Alcohol, Diary, Processed Meats, Bread, Processed sugar, artificial sweeteners). -Eat foods that help your intestine heal (Sweet Potatoes, Cabbage, Sauerkraut, Kombucha, Probiotic Supplement) The Great News is that God is a Healer......the Lining the intestine actually replaces itself every 15 days or so. If we go 15 days eating fresh fruits and vegetables and avoiding the foods that irritate our system the body will heal itself, the swelling goes away and you will lose weight naturally. Nutrients Nutrients, such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, Vitamin C and vitamin D play a crucial role in maintaining health and a flatter belly. 1. Potassium: Helps regulates the bodies’ water and keeps your muscles from cramping. Potassium helps to eliminate that bloated feeling. You need about 3200 milligrams of potassium a day. 2. Vitamin D: Controls 36 different functions in your body including protecting you from several forms of cancer! One of the biggest belly busting activities performed by Vitamin D is keeping your hormones level. Level Hormones reduces the cravings for sweets, pasta, potatoes and rice! Now wouldn’t THAT help? You Need about 1000 to 5000 IU’s a day. Most people are vitamin D3 deficient, so you may need even MORE! 3. Calcium and Magnesium help the body burn fat. 600 MG of Calcium and 400 MG of Magnesium needed daily to help the body balance your bodies PH and keep your belly flat. Vitamin C: Vitamin C helps your body to deal with stress. Stress tells your body to store fat on your stomach to protect you! The acid produced from being stressed out can cause major damage to your internal system. Your body creates fat and hides the acid inside the fat until a time you have enough water in your system to flush it out.

Exercise

Having tight core (stomach) muscles align your organs. This alignment helps the organs function properly. Properly functioning organs are able to reduce inflammation in the body. Inflammation causes swelling and, again, swelling tells your body to store and make fat to protect itself! Exercise is the number one way to increase flow and reduce inflammation in the body. We are not fighting fat....you actually need fat to burn fat. Put your fight into fighting inflammation and you will win the war on getting healthy.

And, Here is list of things that help with gut health: Fiber (25 to 40 grams a day), Protein (100 mg a Day) and water (½ your weight in ounces a day) help to keep the digestive track flowing and going. What’s the difference between a river and a swamp? MOVEMENT! Also, I get certain foods and spices in EVERY Day; Apples, Oranges, Cilantro, Garlic, Ginger, Peppermint, Onions. I try to eat a fresh fruit or vegetable with every meal and or snack. Even if I have a cup of ice-cream I will add fresh strawberries or sliced mangos! I call it A.C.E-ing my meal. I get Vitamin A, C or E everytime I eat. Fresh fruits and vegetables help to fight inflammation in the body so I make sure I get them as much as possible. Hazel Nut French Toast Weeping may endure for night but Joy comes in the Morning. When does morning come? When we see the Son rise. Breakfast is deemed the most important meal of the day. Although I don’t eat breakfast as often as I should, breakfast is one of my most favorite meals. One of my favorite breakfast items to make is French toast. But of course not just any French we have to add a little Extra to it!!!

Ingredients (4 Servings) 8 Slices of Texas Toast or you can use a French Bread Loaf

4 large Eggs 2 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Cup of ½ and ½ ¾ cup of Brown Sugar 2-3 table spoons Cinnamon ½ tea spoon of Vanilla Flavoring 1 tea spoon of Hazel Nut Flavoring ½ cup confectioners’ Sugar Cooking Spray Blend/Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl (with exception of the bread and confection’s sugar) Using a frying pan or griddle spray with cooking spray on medium heat. Once pan is heated you want to dip the slice of bread in the mixture making sure both sides are fully coated. Place in frying pan or griddle and cook on both sides for about 2 min each side or until you each side is light brown. You can cut the slices in half. Once done sprinkle the confectioners’ sugar on top and serve with the warm Butter Hazelnut Maple syrup. **2 Cups of Maple syrup heated adding ½ teaspoon of the hazel nut flavoring and 1/2 stick of butter ** I like to pair my French toast with Apple Wood Smoked Bacon and scrambled eggs with cheese!!
