This guide will help “get your feet wet” by giving you some basic information about the Divi Vacation Club. For complete details about your Membership and all of its exciting benefits, consult your Divi Vacation Club Membership Agreement and Membership Guide or visit www.divivacationclub.com.
what are pure points?
Pure Points are your currency in the Divi Vacation Club – they are used to book travel and are the starting point to kick off an unforgettable vacation.
Pure Points are issued annually or biennially during the term of your Club Membership and are used to make reservations at participating destinations.* Each time you travel you use only the amount of Points needed for your trip, which is determined based on the time of year, destination, accommodation type and length of stay.
*Members with biennial usage are issued Points every other year during the term of their Club Membership.
accessing your membership online
step 1: how to access club information
• To Register – Go to www.divivacationclub.com and click “Login.” Select “Register Today” to be directed to the registration page. Enter your Divi Vacation Club contract number and the name of the contract owner or eligible user. Next, enter your first name, last name, address, telephone number, email address and create a password. Re-enter your password in the “Verify Password” field. If you would like to receive email offers and club news, check the “Yes” box. For “Account Type,” click on Divi Vacation Club Member. To finalize, click the “Submit” button.
• To Log In – Go to www.divivacationclub.com and click “Login.” Enter your established email and password. For “Account Type,” select Divi Vacation Club Member. Click “Log In.”
The most up-to-date club information can be accessed anytime through your exclusive Member Site at www.divivacationclub.com.
If this is your first time logging in to www.divivacationclub.com, you will be asked to create a personal login ID and password. From there, you can explore everything you need to know about your Membership.
• Forgot or Lost Your Password? – Click on “Reset Password.” Enter your established email and contract number. For “Account Type,” select Divi Vacation Club Member and click “Reset Password.”

step 2: to make online transactions, set up your personal account
We value your security and ask that you establish a second login and password to access your Personal Account.

when you want to do any of the above actions for the first time, you will need to set up your personal account login ID and password, following these easy steps:
• After logging in at www.divivacationclub.com using Step 1, please click Personal Account Login, then click Login to Register or Log In to your Personal Account.
• To Register – On the login page, click the “Register Now” button. Enter your Divi Vacation Club contract number and the name of the contract owner or eligible user. Enter your first name, last name and email address, and create a login ID and password. Reenter your password in the “Confirm Password” field and click the “Create Login” button.
• To Log In – On the login page, enter your login ID and password, then click the “Sign In” button.

To make a Pure Points reservation at any participating Divi Club Destination, simply follow these steps!
Get Ready
Go to www.divivacationclub.com, log in to your Member Site and go to “Making
a Reservation.” Log in to your Personal Account (please make sure you have established a Personal Account Login). contracts, make sure you select the one you wish to use. Under “What do you want to do,” use the drop-down box to select “Make a Club Reservation” and click “Go.” Select when you want to travel, the number of nights you wish to stay, how many people are traveling and the resort you would like to visit, and click “Search.” Your search result will display the available resort(s) with travel dates, room types and total Points cost. Make your choice and click “Select.” Next, review your reservation information, fill out any special service requests and complete payment information, should transaction fees apply. Review your transaction details and confirm if you wish to receive an email with this information. To finalize, check the “Terms and Conditions” box and click “Confirm.” Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a reservation number (you can print this page).

Vacation Specialists are currently available 7 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ET).

how far ahead should I book my vacation?
For 7-night minimum reservations:
Book a 7-night minimum stay at any Club Destination up to 480 days - 1 day prior to reservation check-in, depending on your level of Club Loyalty Benefits.
For partial or nightly stay reservations:
Book a partial or nightly stay at any Club Destination from 120 days - 1 day prior to reservation check-in.
Booking your Home Week Priority? Just follow these steps:
Go to www.divivacationclub.com, log in to your Member Site and click “Making a Reservation.” Next, log in to your Personal Account (to establish a Personal Account Login, see page 15). Make sure you are in the “Member Options” tab. If you have multiple contracts, select the one you wish to use. Under “What do you want to do,” use the dropdown box to select “Reserve My Home Week” and click “Go.” Your travel and check-in dates will automatically appear in the “Make a Reservation” window. Enter 7 nights and click “Search.” Review your reservation information, fill out any special service requests and complete payment information, should transaction fees apply. Check the “Terms and Conditions” box and click “Select.” Review your transaction details and confirm if you wish to receive an email with this information. To finalize, click “Confirm.” Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a reservation number (you can print this page).
*Reservation booking windows vary depending on your level of Club Loyalty Benefits and type of Membership.

banking, borrowing or renting pure points
You can bank, borrow or rent Pure Points anytime. Go to www.divivacationclub.com, log in to your Member Site and go to “Borrowing, Banking & More.” Simply click on the required action and log in to your Personal Account (please make sure you have established a Personal Account login).
Banking - Make sure you are in the Member Options tab. If you have multiple contracts, select the one you wish to use to bank your Points. Under “What do you want to do,” use the drop-down box to select “Bank My Points” and click “Go.”
Borrowing & Renting - Before borrowing or renting Pure Points, you must create your desired reservation. If you do not have enough Pure Points to complete the transaction, you will be prompted to borrow or rent more Points. Once you’ve made your selection, follow the instructions.
learning to read a points chart
Let’s say you want to travel to Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort and stay in a two-bedroom suite. Now you need to decide when you want to travel, so you use the resort’s Points Chart to determine how many Pure Points your vacation will require. For this example, let’s say week 30 works well with your family’s schedule. This time of year is in High Season, so you will use 68,000 Pure Points to take this vacation.

introducing the
Divi Vacation Club Members can travel the world through the Divi Vacation Club Marketplace, which includes Interval Membership. Interval’s Quality Vacation Exchange Network allows members to exchangetheir Pure Points to book travel to hundreds of worldwide destinations. With this program, Divi Vacation Club partners with third-parties, including companies like Interval, to provide exclusive benefits andservices accessible to members on a year-round basis.
Unlike other exchange networks, vacation planning through Interval International does not require you to commit your Points upfront. You can explore and plan with ease, and your Points will not be deducted until your reservation is confirmed.
To exchange successfully with Interval, you should follow these steps: Decide wher e you want to go and when. Interval has a wide variety of resorts and destinations to choose from, so it’s important to decide where and when you want to exchange your week before you start the process. You can search the Interval Resort Directory on the Interval website or in the Interval mobile app.
Request an exchange. Once you’ve found an exchange that you’re interested in, you can request it online or by calling Divi Member Services at 1.888.GO1.DIVI or at 1.305.925.3063
Complete the exchange: If a desired unit is immediately available, you will need to complete the exchange process by paying any applicable exchange fees.
Place an exchange request: If a unit that meets your travel needs is not immediately available, you should place a formal exchange request providing Interval with as many dates and resorts as possible. Be specific so that Interval’s computer systems can automatically match and confirm you to your desired accommodations.
Enjoy your vacation! Once you have completed the exchange process, you are all set to enjoy your vacation. Interval will send you a confirmation email with all of the details of your exchange. Here are some tips for exchanging successfully with Interval:
Be flexible with your dates and destinations. The more flexible you are, the more likely you are to find a successful exchange. Request exchanges early. The earlier you request an exchange, the more likely it is to be approved.
Be responsive to Interval’s communications. Interval will need to contact you to complete the exchange process. Be sure to respond to their emails and phone calls promptly. It is also very important to have an active membership profile established with Interval to facilitate visit IntervalWorld.com and click on Create Profile on the landing page.
