HOW TO USE EXPRESS CHECK-IN 1. Download the app from your mobile phone’s app store and open the app. 2. Click Check-In located in the bottom right of the app. 3. Select your hotel and click Continue. 4. Enter the last name listed on the reservation and the confirmation number listed in your original confirmation email or the prearrival email you should have received 24 hours prior to check-in and click Continue. 5. You will see a screen with your reservation information. Click Express Check-In at the bottom of the screen. 6. Review your reservation agreement and pay any outstanding balance (if applicable). Read over the detailed policy information. Once you have completed these steps, enter your full name, email address, date, and signature in the provided boxes at the bottom of the screen to agree to our terms. Click Continue. 7. Fill out the information for your vehicle and roommates (if applicable) and select your estimated arrival time. Enter your preferred email address and click Finish and Check-In. 8. Enter your credit card information and click Submit Payment. 9. If your room is ready, you will see your confirmation and a message that your room is ready for check-in. You will be asked to visit the Front Desk to pick up your keys, resort wristbands, and all-inclusive bracelets (if applicable) for your party. If your room is not ready, you will see a screen with your confirmation and a message that you will be notified when your room is ready. Please make sure you have enabled push notifications on the app to receive your notification. For more information on how to enable push notifications, visit www.diviresorts.com/app-welcome.htm. When your room is ready, you will receive a notification asking you to visit the Front Desk to pick up your keys, resort wristbands, and all-inclusive bracelets (if applicable) for your party. *A photo ID and the credit card used to complete express check-in must be presented at the Front Desk to pick up your room keys. Keys can only be picked up by the person whose name is on the reservation.

If not, please enter that information and click Continue. 3. You will see a screen with your reservation information. Click Check Out at the bottom of the screen. 4. On the next screen, click Check Out. 5. Once you have completed these steps, you will see your checkout confirmation and a note to leave your keys in your room. *Please contact the Front Desk for assistance if: •
You need to depart your room earlier than expected. Please contact the Front Desk 24 hours prior to departure.

You do not know your confirmation number.

You would like to see a copy of your itemized bill before checking out. Please keep in mind that any purchases made after receiving your bill will be added to your final charges. Your final itemized bill will be sent to the email address on file within 24 hours. If you did not give us an email address at check-in, please visit the Front Desk or email us at info@diviresorts.com to receive a copy of your itemized bill.
