“To my beloved innie--I still remember when I first "met you" at our first DCON in 2013 when you were still part of Division 62. It's been a long path for you, but I always knew I wanted to have you as my innie one day. I am so immensely proud of all that you have accomplished to keep our division moving forward. You have grown so much as a leader, a human being, and a friend. I can't thank you enough for all the great memories. I know that you will accomplish amazing feats beyond your time in Key Club. Keep making me proud, kiddo!” – Brian Le, 2014-2015 Lieutenant Governor

I heard you like trees and I heard you like cats, so what better background than a cat in a tree? Forreal though, thanks for being the best Convention Chair ever. DCON 2015 is what inspired me to implement my passion into Key Club, so I really value District Convention as a whole. With that said, DCON 2016 was better, amazing, and LIT! I can honestly say I had a better experience overall. Thank you for working so hard this past year to make the Key Club’s service celebration lifechanging. I really look up to you and your accomplishments this past year motivate me to serve at even greater heights. You are one of the most sick-nasty dudes I know, and that’s a good thing Love, Brian Nguyen

Hi, PNW Key Clubbers! My name is Rip Livingston, and I am currently serving as your International President for the 2015-2016 year. As International President, my job is to lead our organization for the next year; to set the vision of what Key Club is, should be, and will be; to supervise and work with your 11 International Trustees, ensuring that they serve and work with your district properly; to unite all 33 districts under our common mission, and to do everything in my power to leave this organization better than I found it when I leave office in 2016. Key Club has an exciting year ahead of it! We’re entering the last decade of our first 100 years. We’re working everyday to make membership larger, stronger, and an experience that leaves all 270,000 satisfied. As a Key Club member, you’ve chosen to be a part of something greater than yourself. Greater than your home club, your division, or even your district; you’ve chosen to be one of the thousands of hands Key Club International unites for the greater good around the word. As the saying goes, “United we stand; Divided we fall”: Let’s unite, Key Club. We’re a global network of smart, inspired, capable servant leaders. Can you imagine what we can do when we come together? It’s an honor to be your leader this year. I wish you the very best in all of your endeavors this school year- Key Club and otherwise- and thank you sincerely for being a Key Clubber. Let’s have a fantastic year! Best regards, Rip Livingston President, Key Club International

Maternal/neonatal tetanus is a deadly disease that attacks newborn children, causing to suffer tremendous pain as soon as they’re born and causes them to die soon after. Every 11 minutes 1 baby dies from MNT, this adds up to 134 newborn children dying daily, and approximately 49,000 dying per year. Kiwanis and UNICEF have been partners since 2010 in order to achieve one goal: eliminate maternal/neonatal tetanus. The ELIMINATE Project set a goal of $110 million was and Key Clubbers throughout the world fundraised to meet this goal. Finally on March 23, 2016, the fundraising goal of $110 million was met.
