THE OFFICIAL NEWSLETTER OF DIVISION 66 OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST DISTRICT OF KEY CLUB INTERNATIONAL
THE GIRAFFE PRESS JAN 2017 | VOLUME 5 ISSUE 10
Message from your Lt. G. and Assistant HELLO GIRAFFES! So what have I been up to? After a very eventful December in which we had a movie night with our sister division and a successful election, I’m happy to say there’s more to come! In the coming months look forward to lots of DCON preparation, Dance to Cure, and our last few DCMs. Be on the look out for event releases for our Pre-Con and awards banquet! With that said, I can’t forget to congratulate our 2018-2019 Lieutenant Governor, Daniel Huynh! After attending a few club visits and many questions, I’m proud to say he’ll be replacing me after District Convention. Don’t forget, I’m still here until March 17th, don’t say bye just yet! I hope to see many of you at the many upcoming events in our division, area, or even District Convention! In love and service,
Reanna Le Hey Giraffes I hope everyone is having a good start to the school year! I hope everyone is attending their respective school’s meetings in order to be on top of all things Key Club. An event that I went to recently was the November Joint DCM with Division 62 and I enjoyed interacting with new people. Personally, one thing I’m looking forward to is Winter Rage, an annual event held at Clackamas High School where volunteers help out families in need. Once again, if you have any questions or need someone to talk to, feel free to send me a message. In care and service,
Austin Sayachith

MEET YOUR 2018-19 LTG! Hey Party People, I hope you've all had an awesome New Years! Moreover, with a new year comes new beginnings. With that said, I am excited to announce that I will be your Lieutenant Governor of Division 66 for the 2018-2019 term! To start off, I'd like to thank our wonderful 2017-2018 Lieutenant Governor Reanna Le who I've had the honor of working alongside with as this current term's Clackamas Key Club Bulletin Editor. I'm excited to work with Reanna in her final months before DCON where I will be formally inducted and where we will sadly have to say goodbye to Reanna. Also, I would like to thank my Clackamas Key Club officer board. Not only were they some of best and most supportive people I've worked with, but the best friends anyone could have. And before I forget, I would like to formally thank everyone who came to the election rally. I truly appreciate your support and I look forward to serving such an amazing group of people. Moving on, I have a lot of goals for the new term and I can't wait to meet all of you Key Clubbers. Additionally, I plan to have a divisional board this year, so be on the lookout for when I release application forms for the Divisional Appointed Positions later this year. Also, I'd also like to congratulate Kenny Wu for getting elected to be the new Lt.G. of our sister division, d62. Overall, I am so thankful for everyone who has supported me in my Key Club journey. And remember giraffes, I'm here not only to be a resource but also a friend. :3 In Love and Service,
Daniel Huynh
