It was the finalized plan in which we addressed the presence of living, kitchen, and dining to be of more importance and shifting the kitchen to North-East as per Vastugave more space to use for dining and a spacious living which housed a swing later as per client requirement.

Since the whole design wanted to be cost-efficient without compromising on the quality, the first step towards that is to fix with a color palette and finish that showed luxury throughout the design and a slight touch of materials like wood and tile made us achieve it.

The main concern for the client was the ceiling of the living and master bedroom, therefore in the living, we went for an intricate design and since there was a beam dropped to 1.6 ft across the middle of the ceiling we went for a symmetrical false ceiling design.

• ArchitectureWIP Kitchen The whole kitchen is given a neutral look to create a spatial difference from dining and living so we went with white tile and grey laminates for the cabinets and crockery unit.
Master bedroom The client needed a dresser and the only way to place it was the T.V wall. So we made the Mirror for the dresser as an element in design that runs from ground to ceiling in the wall and to create contrast a textured finish is given for the other half separated by a matte finish strip.
Guest bedroom
• ArchitectureWIP
The bedroom is given a blue accent color all over to create a contrast with the dark surrounding of the room which was really liked by the client.

The proposed plan as per client requirement had a seperate enty to the desk from the foyer without visual contact with the waiting lounge followed by a private space having dining and toilets which is camouflaged by the pantry.

Camoflagued personal space: While planning the personal space, the client wanted the space to be away from the public and no one should notice so in order to do so we separated the dining by attaching it with the lift lobby since he wanted no one to know the entry and exit. So the personal space acted as both a private entry to the office and his personal space.
Waiting Lounge: The whole waiting lounge had a very different approach in design language we wanted the person to wait without any frustration and to feel calm so we went for a neutral color palette and replicated a living room kind of space rather than rows of S.S chairs placed parallelly which was actually there in the lower floor offices.

Site Marking Using a masking tape we recreated the whole plan in the site for better understanding and for the client to understand the spatial difference and, we let them walkthrough the plan in the real space for easy visualisation of space in 3d interacting with 2d and note the feedback from thewm and improvise the plan for the next meeting.
Documentation Went to site and marked all the dimensions and took photographs of the space for later reference while planning of initial layout.
Wall Marking Closed all the windows which will be packed according to design and showed visually the back wall of MD table and important items like fish tank are marked.

As client wanted a big kitchen they were not sure about the spatial usage so we proposed 4 iteration in which the Island kitchen iteration one was choosed for the final plan with minor changes.
After many iteration and client discussion finally client wated to fix with this island kitchen since she wanted that circular window to be retained.

This project exposed me to carpentry work where we went to site and measured all the openings need to be furnished and created the 2d drawing and 3d model for the design and send to the carpenter to start the production.
This was a residence render which I did initially for (H done by Sketchup a
House SP) project and all the renders seen above are and V-Ray for Render
