Djojo & Versteeg

We take off where your imagination starts. As a graduated fine-art photographer (Versteeg) and a make-up artist and stylist (Djojo) we combined forces and now work as an interdisciplinary duo. With our method we found a way to visualize social issues while maintaining the value of photography. We create esthetic and stylized images that can be used for artistic and commercial purposes. Starting off from a customized concept where we appeal to the imagination and subconsciousness of the viewer. Myths, technologies, certain theories and diversity issues are a few of the subjects where we draw most of our inspiration from. With this information we constantly ask ourselves the question in which way the human can relate to our reality. Our images are the end result of a careful process.
