We

our Volunteers.

For residents of Nez Perce County, Idaho and Asotin County, Washington.

Our Services There is NEVER a charge for Interlink Services.

5,667 rides given.

In order to promote independent living and reduce isolation, volunteers provide transportation to and from health care appointments and to pick up prescription medication. Also grocery and personal shopping. We are able to shop with you, if you need a hand. If you wish to visit a spouse in a facility, we are here for you. To request service, please call our office or visit our website. We request 48 hour notice in advance to coordinate transportation requests. Volunteers use their own vehicles to provide this service.

12 ramps built. Another way we promote independent living for our elders and people with disabilities is through the construction of wheelchair ramps by our volunteers. Most of us are able to comfortably manage entering and exiting our home. Some of our physically disabled neighbors find it difficult, if not impossible, to leave their home as stairs become a major obstacle. It is possible that some of these folks could have to give up their independence by moving from their home due to their inability to come and go to access necessary services. To request service, please call our office or visit our website. The usual lead time on building a new ramp is 4-6 weeks.

 122 minor home repairs and

safety modifications.

Following a home assessment, our volunteers can install a grab bar, replace a screen, make small plumbing repairs and complete other similar minor household repairs. To request service, please call our office or visit our website. The usual lead time on repair requests is 10 days.

62 yardwork services provided.

Following a home assessment, our volunteers perform general yardwork. This includes raking leaves, pulling weeds, limited trimming of trees, bushes and hauling yard waste. Yardwork projects make great group volunteer projects for community and faith-based groups. To request service, please call our office or visit our website. The usual lead time on yardwork requests is 10 days.
