2 slabs pork baby back ribs 1 (16 oz) bottle of barbeque sauce
Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray. Brush the ribs liberally with barbeque sauce and place each portion in its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and add more sauce, if desired.

1 beef T-bone or Porterhouse steak, cut 1 inch thick 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 2 1/4 teaspoons steak seasoning blend 8 oz button mushrooms, cut into quarters 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Melt 1 teaspoon butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat; stir in bread crumbs and cheese. Cook and stir 3 to 6 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from pan. Set aside. Press 2 teaspoons steak seasoning evenly onto beef steak. Place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 15 to 20 minutes for medium rare (145 degrees F) to medium (160 degrees F) doneness, turning once. Meanwhile, melt remaining 2 teaspoons butter in same skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, green onions and remaining 1/4 teaspoon steak seasoning; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until mushrooms are just tender and lightly browned; keep warm. Remove bone from steak; carve crosswise into slices. Serve with mushrooms. Sprinkle crumb mixture over mushrooms and steak.

1 quantity classic recipe 250 g punnet strawberries,hulled, chopped 250 g tub reduced-fat cream cheese 2 tablespoons pure icing sugar 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
Lightly grease or line 16 x 1/3-cup capacity muffin holes with paper cases. Preheat oven to 200째C. Grease a 12 x 1/3-cup capacity muffin pan. Alternatively, line holes with paper cases. Combine flour and caster sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add milk, butter, eggs and vanilla to flour mixture. Using a large metal spoon, stir gently to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Make icing: Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and icing sugar together until smooth. Spread over cupcakes. Top each with 1 teaspoonful of jam. Use a teaspoon to swirl jam and icing together. Serve.
