Eighteen years ago, when Dennis Garcia began his first white glove job at the Bellagio, he never imagined the journey it would take him on. Garcia’s career started in room service as a bus person, and he would eventually transfer to Aria Resort and Casino as a day-one employee. He worked his way up to Lead Butler, the youngest in the city at that time, and spent 12 years at the resort. Garcia’s clientele included celebrity musicians, actors, journalists, and international royalty in the exclusive private villas. Once the pandemic caused Las Vegas to take a pause, the seasoned butler knew he had to start a venture of his own. That is when GiftLux was born. The Los Angeles native always enjoyed putting together luxurious welcome baskets in the villas at Aria before his guests would arrive. Garcia saw firsthand how much joy they brought his clients, and he wanted to continue outside the villa and straight to the recipient’s doorstep.

GiftLux boasts a wide array of themed baskets, all fully customizable and delivered personally by Garcia, who is dressed to impress with signature white gloves and a tuxedo.

With each gift delivery, recipients are given a detailed description of the luxury contents and acknowledgment of the sender. You can also request a video and photo to be taken of the delivery to commemorate the moment.

GiftLux works with several luxury brands to cultivate a presentation that will leave recipients in awe. Dom Perignon, Don Julio, Clase Azul, and Louis XIII, to name a few. Other items include custom glassware, coasters, and cigars; some even include Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders Tickets for that particular sports fan. No occasion is too big or too small for Garcia and his team. Birthdays, anniversaries, closing on a new home, promotions, weddings, and welcoming a new baby are the most popular baskets they create.

Ordering is as simple as heading to their Instagram page, @giftluxcompany, and sending a direct message. Garcia and his team will go over your gift needs with you and create a basket perfect for your recipient and the occasion, keeping you involved in the process from idea to doorstep delivery. “I have always felt that the hospitality industry can be a beautiful art when done gracefully,” he says. Garcia is thrilled to share his art as the first white glove gift delivery service in Las Vegas and, soon, other major cities across the US.
