Chelsea Abate

Is Expanding Her Network To Real Estate

Chelsea Abate is a true go-getter.

Born in Glendora, California, she moved to Las Vegas at a young age.

Abate graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies while working as Director of Marketing for Mainor Wirth Injury Lawyers. After nearly ten years of honing her marketing skills – and selling real estate on the side – Abate would open her own company, Creative Connections in 2021.

“During my last semester of college I was also attending real estate school, working full time, and raising three kids. Once I graduated college, I took my real estate test, got my license, and opened my marketing company. When it comes to networking, real estate and marketing go hand in hand, and I have a passion for both.”

Since its founding, Creative Connections has helped market a variety of businesses – law firms like Mainor

Wirth, construction companies, and medical and mobile IV clinics to name a few. Specializing in business-to-business marketing, Creative Connections works wonders for its clients through social media management, consulting, and event planning.

Having built Creative Connections into a six figure business, Abate has decided to take her real estate game to the next level. After joining a successful agency, Carlton Holland Realty – led by broker Karyn Carlton – just over a year ago, she has already landed a listing of $750,000.

Now a successful female entrepreneur, and one of the first business owners in her family, Chelsea Abate is enjoying the fruits of her labor. In her free time she loves being active and outdoorsy and spending time with her family.

“It’s amazing what hard work and determination can do. I’ve never given up, no matter how bumpy the road got, and I’ve shown my kids that they can do anything they want if they work for it.”
