Electrical hook‐up and all control and internal wiring by others. All drains and plumbing hook ups by others unless otherwise stated. Recessed area for walk‐in freezer floor (if required) to be by General Contractor. ICE MAKERS. Includes set up and start and check. Hard wiring, drains and water hook‐up by others. PLUMBING. Mounting and installation of faucets, drains and hook‐ups by others. Any additionally required plumbing fixtures such as back‐flow preventers, vibration eliminators, siphon breaks etc. to be by others. ELECTRICAL. All electrical wiring, junction boxes, disconnects, panels, and direct hard wiring and hook‐up by others. Plug recepticals for plug‐in equipment to be provided within 4‐6 feet of equipment location. HOODS. Includes delivery of Hoods/ Fans to jobsite. Includes full installation of systems as required by Code and Ansul Guidelines, any permitting costs and single functional test. Includes up to a 2" Mechanical Gas Valve for each System. Any changes made to the cooking equipment lineup after the order is released to production, or delivered to site may result in additional charges. Any crane or forklift required is by General Contractor unless specifically quoted. In‐wall bracing for wall hung items is by General Contractor. GC or Owner must have dumpster on site for crating materials or have contracted with EDC to have the crating removed at an extra expense.
