When you drop your car into us, we can take you to your destination and then pick you up, arrange a lift home if it’s within 10 miles of the dealership, or even supply a courtesy vehicle fully insured for the day. Your courtesy lift is available from home or work within ten miles (subject to current Government restrictions). If you prefer, we can collect your car from you. We offer a wide range of courtesy replacement vehicles. These convenient services should be booked in advance of your service. See tables opposite.

These start from as little as £15.95 per month and are flexible if your circumstances change. Don’t worry if you sell the car early you can swap it over to your new car or simply take any unused overpayments you have made.

AIR-CON REFRESH: WHY YOUR AIR CON SYSTEM NEEDS A CLEAN-UP During the usual operation of your air conditioning system water condenses inside the heater unit. Over a period of time, mould, fungi, bacteria and viruses can build up within the unit. This may result in a bad smell and irritation to the eyes, nose & throat. Our sanitising system is designed to reach deep inside the heater/air-con system. The system utilises a powerful disinfectant, which cleans & kills these contaminants & helps prevent their re-growth. AIR-CON SERVICE: CLEAN AIR, PURE PEACE OF MIND Your air con system can require periodic maintenance to ensure efficiency & continued reliability. OUR CUSTOMER PROMISE... 1. Our ŠKODA trained vehicle technicians use the latest specialist tools and equipment and can update your car to the very latest operating software ensuring your car is always operating at its most efficient. Our Master Technicians undertake over 250 hours of specialist training before they are accredited to Master Technician Status. That’s fair. 2. We fit only ŠKODA approved genuine parts which carry a 2 year parts & labour warranty, check to see if your garage does that? That’s fair. 3. We carry out a free vehicle health check for you and send you our report on a video for you to see and our friendly technicians will guide you through the report in clear no, nonsense, non- technical way so it’s easy to understand. That’s fair. 4. Your car will carry a 12 year anti corrosion warranty even if you did not buy it new. To maintain that warranty it has to be inspected to ŠKODA standards and recorded on their National Database. We do that for you when you add our corrosion check to your 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th annual services. Normally £60 with ŠKODA UK but just £35 with our value plus card. That’s fair. And that’s not all, we also promise; 5. To match any like for like quotes from anyone within a five mile radius for the same like-for-like job. That’s fair. This is detailed in our published prices but where a price match is produced that does not guarantee this at the independent garage, we reserve the right to add an additional £60 (ŠKODA RRP) or exclude it from the service to ensure a like-for-like price match. Bulbs which require the removal of a unit such as the headlamp or bumpers, are not included. Free diagnosis and extinguishing sporadic fault lights is part of your customer guarantee but does not include fault finding or repairs if a fault exists.
