AutoStack “Taking It To The Next Level” I co-founded and led a company, playing a pivotal role in its growth and operations. A trip to China resulted in a strategic partnership, granting us exclusive rights to distribute products in America, requiring complex negotiations and collaboration with international partners and engineers. As the creative force behind Autostack, I developed our brand and all marketing materials, including from the website to catalogs. Additionally, I structured the company, implementing a robust CRM system for efficient operations. I managed projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless installations and client satisfaction, further establishing our reputation in the industry.

Branding I conceived the name 'Autostack' to clearly convey the concept of automated stacking for parking solutions. This name quickly gained recognition in Tijuana, where more people began associating rotary parkings with Autostack. I also crafted the branding, slogan, and business cards to further establish our identity and message.
Website Design I successfully designed and developed our website using WordPress, where I created all the necessary materials, including 3D models, renderings, and spec sheets. This comprehensive approach ensured that our online presence effectively showcased our products and services, contributing to our overall success.
Advertisment I orchestrated a successful advertising campaign for Autostack, utilizing electronic billboards and fully rendered animations to effectively convey our message. These efforts were instrumental in attracting clients, as these is the way we got all of our clients.
Project: El Mentor College
2020-2022
At El Colegio Mentor, I led a transformative project to expand parking and create a new plaza. By installing two innovative rotary parking systems, we maximized space, adding 32 parking spots in just 814 square feet. My role encompassed design, planning, and hands-on supervision, including coordinating with Chinese engineers for technical integration. This project not only met immediate needs but also laid the foundation for future development, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Two rotary systems and a plaza: maximizing space.
The project was completed in 2 years.
DESIGN In the initial phase of the El Colegio Mentor project, our focus was on integrating the rotary parking systems. However, as the project progressed, the school's director entrusted me with a broader vision—to develop a plaza on the opposite side of the school. Taking on this expanded role, I not only designed the plaza but also seamlessly integrated it with the rotary systems.
My responsibilities extended to developing detailed designs, including drawing plans for city approval and obtaining necessary permits. To visualize the concept, I created 3D renders that effectively communicated the proposed design. These designs were submitted for city approval, paving the way for the project's commencement.
Throughout the project, I oversaw the construction of the foundation and all related aspects, ensuring that the vision was executed with precision. As the project evolved, the director sought a more streamlined approach, prompting me to adapt the design to meet the new requirements. This experience demonstrated my ability to not only envision and design but also to adapt and deliver in response to evolving project needs.

3D Printing
3D Scanning
I use 3D scanning to measure and document changes in projects, such as the Wedge project. Using my drone, I capture images that are then converted into detailed 3D models. These models are invaluable for planning installations, allowing me to visualize the placement of systems and determine crane positioning with precision.
These 3D printing images demonstrate my expertise in the field since 2017, showcasing my use of 3D models for projects.
CASE STUDY: JY Design INTERIORS
This is a residential project done by JY Design interior. I research into the company and found the project that they showed more interested in and I also liked. They had various images of the project and a video where I could see the project. There were no floor plans or measurements that could be found. After careful examination into their social media I found that they use mainly sketchup and lumion to do their work and some of their presentation. From the images being used as reference I recreated the kitchen and modeled certain parts of the living room. I also investigate the furniture that was used and found the right information to add it into the project. This project was done over the course of 3 days while working on other projects.
BLOWN GLASS
The original project used a pastel color palette with gold accents. One of the main additions that stands out is the ceiling fixture. I found pictures and a data sheet of the fixture and recreated it in 3D to add it into the model and the render. I believe is important to be able to add an important piece to visualizations to present to the client, or they might not be able to fully imagine the vision for the project.

Presentation While researching the company I found they use lumion. I have been familiar with lumion for 6 years and I decided it to use it for this project. While I could have use Blender 3D for a more realistic look, I decided that I would be best to use the tools they have at the company. I also want to give alternative options for presentation and looked at the model in Virtual reality. (bottom images). I like the final palette, but I want to show how it would be possible to look into alternative color options for the same project. (picture on the right) Please scan or follow link to see variable options.

The project had a living room and a dining area. I was able to re-make the full project from the pictures and get an idea on how the place was set up and came together. While some companies have 3d models of their furniture, I found it faster to quickly model the furniture to present a final visualization. As I had already made the 3D model I am now able to use any means to show it to a client, either renderings, drawings, Virtual Tour or create a 360 image to allow client to full immerse themselves to have a feel for the project. This was overall a fun project to work on.
