The Fair Face of Concrete seminar of April 8, 1997, was one of the first Docomomo seminars on concrete technology and its conservation. The seminar took place at the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands.
Amoung the numerous challenges that must be addressed in the conservation of modern heritage, the remedial treatment of exposed concrete raises conceptual and technical questions about longstanding principles in conservation.
