Mister Philippe de Moerloose is the founder of DEM Group 2. JOHN DEERE Construction & Forestry: John Deere construction and forestry equipment is used in many applications:

construction, bulk earthwork, sport terrain construction, residential construction, handling of materials, forestry operations at all latitudes. Its extensive range includes especially articulated tipper trucks, excavators, mini-loaders, crawler bulldozers, graders, tractor-scrapers, waste handling equipment and tyre loaders. Wirtgen Group: Wirtgen Group is an international family-owned group of companies specialising in road maintenance and finishing equipment as well as crushing aggregate / bitumen unit preparation. The group consists of five brands: Wirtgen offers mobile machines for cold milling, soil stabilisation, cold and hot recycling, the laying of concrete surfaces and profiles, the production of crushed aggregates on site or for selective open-air mining operations. - majority shareholder and manager of an exceptional international transport / handling company for 14 years. - Product Support manager, then Operations manager for JV Energie of two Caterpillar dealerships in West and Central Africa, Africa Power Systems in 22 countries over 15 years. - before joining DEM Group, he lived in Senegal and then Congo Brazzaville for almost two years as general manager of the West-African subsidiary of a Belgian company representing Komatsu, then as director of logistics/purchase/workshop operations at Olam-CIB (Singaporean forestry group operating in the North of the Congo) - Today he is the Head of Sales Construction and Forestry *Mister Willy Desmedt: << Member of the management committee in charge of the aftersales department. - 22 years spent with the O&K Orenstein & Koppel company as manager in the field of spare parts and technical sales support. - 4 years at O&K were dedicated to the management of the Belgian subsidiary - 1998 to 2013 at BIA as after-sales manager. - Today he is Head of After-Sales for DEM Group *Mister Hans J端rgen Burgard:<<Member of the management committee in charge of mines >. -Has worked at Komatsu, Zeppeelin, JCB, Karl Schaeff Gmbh&Co, Sambron Gmbj and Bobcat Europe. - 7 years with Liebherr Export Ag as regional manger Earthmoving Division for Africa and Asia, finished as commercial manager mining for 12 countries in West Africa. - Today he is Head of mining for DEM Group *Mister Nicolas Grosjean: Member of the management committee in charge of administration and finance: - Started as assistant to the CEO of Interface International.


- He then became Head of Short Term Department at the national offices of Ducroire. - He worked at Siemens for several years as Project Export Senior Finance Officer for the Maghreb, Middle Est and Africa. - He also worked as General Secretary for the Louvain Foundation at UCL. - Today he is Head of Administration and Finance for DEM Group 10.
