These require resources beyond the current levels, and are interventions to which the country should be aiming in the long term but are expected to have a longer timeframe (at least five years).
✤ Step 3: Enter the interventions into an implementation matrix — On Form 4.6 fill in the objectives. — Enter the interventions intended to meet each objective and its characterization as core, medium-term or desirable. — Establish a realistic timeframe and enter it in the appropriate column.
