DOCUMENTARY BACKPACK PARURO - PALESTINA (2018- 2020)
Our participative and/or collaborative intervention methodologies, along with our years of experience in different territories, have led us to create various action projects:
DOCUPERU
+ Documentary caravan (2005)
We are a non-profit organization that promotes, disseminates, and produces multi-format documentary materials and processes, as tools of expression and empowerment to encourage the democratization of communication and the development of national and international communities. We promote development at a regional, national and international level, prioritizing human relationships and the production process in order to foster participative and collaborative methodologies aimed to empower the communities involved in the production of documentary materials.
+ Media that moves (2009)

DOCUMENTARY BACKPACK
After 17 years working on a national level, we have generated links with organized communities that work for the benefit of their territories. Through the DOCUMENTARY BACKPACK project, we propose to create a training space aimed at rural leaders to maximize their capacities in the creation of communication strategies and content that will promote the positive development of their organizations and communities.

Paruro - PALESTINA (2018 - 2020) PA R U R O - PA L E S T I N A DOCUMENTARY BACKPACK is a project that links CEDEP AYLLU (Paruro, Cusco) and ADESUP (Palestina, San MartĂn); organizations with which we have already developed projects, and that work on initiatives and actions related to territory, gender, environment and cultural identity. This project offers tools for the creation of communication strategies oriented to the needs of each organization.
The organization has more than 30 years of experience accompanying high Andean farmer communities in Cusco. For the last 17 years, their area of intervention has been concentrated in five districts of the Paruro province. During this time, they have contributed to the training of leaders who currently occupy different public, political and local leadership positions, contributing to the construction of proposals for environmental protection stemming from the social management of water and other resources; strengthening of the communal institutionality, and local agreement processes to implement sustainable development alternatives. http://ayllu.org.pe/

It is a young organization born in 2014 as a local commitment to sustainable tourism, with the aim of protecting natural heritage and improving the conditions of its population. ADESUP has the initiative to work hand in hand with the local, regional and national governments, to involve them in the search for better community practices. Today, these institutions work together on projects promoted by the organization.
