2022 Banquet Frequently Asked Questions Q. How big are the tables? A. The tables are 60’ rounds. Q. What color are the Linens? A. White Linens come standard on all tables, but you may cover that tablecloth with your own. Q. How many chairs are at each table? A. 8 Chairs. Q. How will people know that my business decorated the table? A. You are welcome to put any business items on the table. The chamber will also put a sign at the table. Q. Can I have décor on the floor or over people’s heads? A. We recommend that all décor stays on the table, but if you are set on having a tent or tall décor, please choose a table in the back, so your décor doesn’t block someone’s view. Q. What are the rules on balloons? A. We ask that you DO NOT use Helium Balloons. Regular blown-up balloons are acceptable as long as they are attached to the table or décor. Q. Can I decorate the chairs? A. Yes, any tape you use should NOT leave residue or damage. We recommend putting a chair cover on the chairs and taping your décor items to the cover. Q. Can I have glitter on my table? A. We ask that there is no Confetti or Glitter. Both are super hard to clean up. Q. Can I reserve a table or seats so my group can sit together? A. Seating is a first come, first serve. If you have a big group, we recommend arriving early with your whole group. Q. How much time do I have to decorate my table? A. You will have 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Thursday, Feb 24th, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, Feb 25th. All decorating must be done by 12:00 pm on Friday. Q. Do I have to be a member to attend the Banquet? A. No, everyone is welcome! Q. Can I decorate my table with alcohol? A. All outside alcohol used for Decorating may not be opened during the event and need to be over 3 oz. No mini bottles are allowed. Q. Do I have to come to pick up my table after the event? A. Yes, all decorations must be picked up after the event. The table should look like how you found it. Q. Can I have lit candles on my table? A. Any candles must be enclosed in glass or battery operated. Q. What if I want to keep the décor after the event? A. Most people will take items off the table; however, we recommend if you would like to keep a décor item, place a sign or write on the item “ Please do not take.”

A. Doors will be locked until 6:00 pm. Q. Do we sit at the table we decorate? A. No, you can sit anywhere. Q. Why do we decorate a table? A. There’s a competition for bragging rights and chamber checks. Decorate as you perceive the theme or just as your business. Q. Do we need to put giveaways on our table? A. It is not a requirement, but attendees love having a surprise to take home! In addition, it’ll make your business's table more popular. Q. If we don’t sit at the table we decorate, can we take items off that table to enjoy our seats? A. No. Q. When we sponsor a table at the $100 level, does that give us tickets for the event too? A.
