The Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce’s- Multicultural Committee is proud to support SLIFE (Students with Limited and/or Interrupted Formal Education) for their invaluable contribution to our Annual Holiday Posada! Funds were raised through the Wine Pull at our Annual Holiday Posada and will go directly into the SLIFE Program to continue supporting students in overcoming educational barriers.
SLIFE plays a crucial role in our community by helping students who may face challenges in formal education due to limited schooling, limited resources, or academic gaps. Their mission is to build foundational skills, bridge background experiences to academic success, and support students in adapting to the U.S. education system.
To show our appreciation, Chamber President & CEO Karla Lees, Multicultural Committee Chairman Mario Rayo, and Secretary Cynthia Pimenta presented a check to SLIFE in recognition of their dedication and hard work.
We are grateful for SLIFE’s commitment to empowering students and fostering a stronger, more inclusive community. Thank you for making a difference!
