Apple Welcomes the Winning against Samsung
The jury in the trial of patent lawsuit between Apple and Samsung has delivered its verdict. In the ruling, Apple can be called as the winner in trial involving these both technology giant. Reported from New York Times, Saturday (08/25/2012), Apple, through a spokeswoman, Katie Cotton convey excitement. “We are very grateful to the jury for their service and to invest the time to listen to our story. Accumulating evidence submitted suggests that the copying is done by Samsung deeper than we knew,” said Cotton. But according to her, lawsuits between Apple and Samsung is more than just patents and money. “It’s all about value. At Apple, we appreciate the originality and innovation poured into our lives to make the best products in the world. We make products to delight our customers, not our competitors who openly copy it,” she said.
