Apple Will Sues Galaxy S III
Apple‘s victory in a patent dispute with Samsung recently passed. This time they have revealed plans to re-sue Samsung and four of their gadgets Reporting from the Associated Press on Saturday (09/01/2012), filing lawsuit against four Samsung products made in San Jose federal court. Apple again accused Samsung has cheated its products. Among the four products sued by Apple there is Samsung Galaxy S III. Apple request the court to withdraw the release of Samsung products that infringe its patents. Previously, Apple has registered 17 Samsung products as patents infringers, but in the new filing there are approximately 21 products.
