Protein Sources can be obtained from different types of food. Meat and eggs are two types of foods that contain protein and easiest we find everyday. But did you know that eating too much protein can be bad for your health. Protein especially contain saturated fats can be harmful to your health, because it increases the risk of heart disease. Julie Metos a dietitian from the University of Utah explains, “Protein contains calories, if you eat too much protein and not doing regular exercise, calories are stored as fat,� as reported by FoxNews.
