Judge Suggest Apple and Samsung Peace, After the war argument in court. Chief Judge Lucy Koh on Wednesday, asking the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of both companies to discuss settlement options, at least conducted once over the phone. Peace talks, said Koh, should be done before the trial moves to jury deliberations next week. According to Koh, it is time to make peace, because dispute of both companies could have an impact on one or both sides. “I see there is a risk for both parties if the jury have convict,” said Koh, quoted Apple Insider from Reuters on Friday (08/17/2012). Samsung also hit back with claims that some of the Apple products has violated its wireless patents. Furthermore, along with the settlement talks, Koh once again asked the parties to narrow each case before reaching the jury stage. “If you all want to stay beyond the limit, that is up to you,” said Koh, as expressed by a Reuters reporter named Dan Levine that is in the courtroom.
