Leadership Pathways BOOKLET
LEADERSHIP AT DOHA COLLEGE
“At Doha College, leadership is not just a destination, it is a journey that begins with the belief that everyone has the potential to lead. Guided by our vision to “To enable personal growth, instil a passion for learning and create aspirational minds,” we are committed to fostering leadership at every level, empowering individuals to grow, inspire, and drive meaningful change within and beyond our community.
Our motto, “Excellence for All, Excellence from All,” reminds us that leadership is not exclusive; it is an opportunity open to all. By developing pathways for leadership learning, we are dedicated to growing our own leaders and providing opportunities for staff to develop the skills, confidence, and mindset required to make a positive impact across our community and beyond.
We are proud to introduce two new Doha College Leadership Awards, designed to cultivate and nurture leadership within and across the College. These awards will provide in-depth professional learning at different levels of leadership and aspiration. Staff will be able to apply for the course they feel most suits their current leadership development and professional learning requirements.
This booklet outlines the principles of the awards and the pathways we are building to support leadership development at Doha College. With professional learning already at the heart of DC, these new pathways will allow leadership tio flourish, driven by excellence and opportunity for all.”
