“The first “ De Vibe Open Mic” night in May at the Infinity Hotel in St. Lawrence Gap was such great entertainment that I can’t wait for the second one on June 21st! Hosted by DJ Simmons and Iron Sharpen Iron, a packed house enjoyed faces and talents we already admired (just to mention a few), like Robert Gibson, Keoma Mallett, Adaeze, Damien Pinder and Clish Gittens, the incomparable D.J himself and of course featured artist, singer Simon Pipe . And we discovered new (to me) talents like Amy Hinkson and Francois Clarke. Good food, a stocked bar and a 2 room setting that made for easy socializing added up to a cool night. Bring on the next one!” - Penny Hynam

“On the 24th of May, I had the opportunity to be part of the first DE VIBE event held at the Infinity Hotel on the Beach , St.Lawrence Gap. The atmosphere was filled with a fresh creative ambiance as the performers did their pieces and showcased their arts. I have been a fan of the Good Life Cafe from the first time I walked through their doors. When DJ asked if I wanted to donate an Irie One shirt as a prize, to me it was a no brainer lol. I love what transpires from his open mic nights every Thursday so I know this event would have been a good time to show case the apparel side of IRIE ONE and be part of this amazing event. Last but definitely not least Simon Pipe and all who performed that night gave a 110% of their heart and soul. I can’t wait to be part of the next event to be held on the 21st of June at the same Venue. Thanks DJ for the love and letting Irie One be a part to this awesome VIBE .” - Irie Wilson 5

“De Vibe was a tremendous experience for us at Infinity on the Beach. The production crew was able to transform our conference room into an intimate setting, ideal for this event. The crowd was phenomenal and they really seemed to enjoy the space and the fantastic line up of performances. The event ran smoothly with a great mix of the organic spoken word and the planned musical set. It was a fine mix of talented artists, great food and drinks, and a cool ambiance that left everyone eagerly awaiting the next instalment of De Vibe Open Mic & Lounge.
