Cut-Out Artist

I worked within a team to redesign an interactive pdf for store constructions of a sportswear brand using InDesign. Working with the graphic designer and architecture team to redesign the interface, layouts, interactive buttons, icons, colour themes, tables and to condense the content to a manageable size. The document was reduced in content with a fun and modern look that was engaging to read. A pleasure to work with a professional and determined team.

At Mosaic, I was part of a great team on a short animated series for BBC Learning on the history of medicine. I worked as a Photoshop artist cutting and retouching archival images of paintings, maps and photographs among others. In addition, I also worked on video editing draft footage and voice overs with Premiere Pro. It was a great joy to work with talented and determined team members.

Education University of MArch Architecture (2014-2016) Greenwich (2016) My thesis explored cinema’s expansion in smartphone technologies and its ability to

replicate space with virtual reality culminating in a 360° video. Separately, my design film borrowed signs from cowboy westerns before 1969, abstracting these elements into a surrealist intervention deposited in a mundane London park.

University of BA Architecture (2010-2013) Greenwich (2013) I wrote my third year dissertation on my family’s habits within the home, tracing their movement with their favourite mugs. During my second year I was fortunate enough to have my model in the Venice Biennale with two other students from my university.

’40, 000 Hours’ exhibition

In this workshop for students (aged 15-18yrs) considering careers in the built environment, as a tutor I pro-actively listened to students to understand their difficulties and encouraged them to overcome their own perceived limitations.

A student exhibition, part of the Biennale, showcasing models in white card by architecture schools from around the world. The exhibit was in response to David Chipperfield’s theme ‘Common Ground’. I was selected with two other students from the university to present models for the exhibition.
