The presence of the river defines the main character of the site. The water flows into the rigid city grid system with stripes of smooth lines as a unique gesture that enhances the spirit of the place. This main sign can give identity to all the area through different episodes that create an heterogenous experience across the different zones. From Tradition as accumulation of human knowledge, in between the past and the present, history and future, the innovative proposal from simple lines reaches a complex field of interaction between nature and architecture, plants and humans
