Materials
The building materials in the CBD are very rich, including red bricks, blue bricks, mosaics, marbles, and some iron materials. Bricks are widely used.

Colours
This area is quite colorful, including green, red, blue, yellow. It looks very visually striking, and have a strong artistic flair. Meanwhile, there is a lot of graffiti on the walls.

Forms
The building forms are varied, most are 1 to 2 storey buildings. Some buildings have flat roofs and some have pitched roofs. Fa c a d e s t y l e s r a n g e f r o m classicism to modernism.

Concept Strategy NHG is located in the heart of Hamilton, which will bring a variety of development opportunities including tourism, leisure and entertainment.
Campe's Motor Museum
There is a strong artistic atmosphere around NHG, with cinema and performing art centers. However, the old facilities are no longer suitable for people's pursuit of art. These art installations need to be updated urgently.
Lake Hamilton
The design strategy is to respect the existing context of the site, while reshaping the historical memory and activating the artistic atmosphere of the surrounding area, which aims to attract people to visit, learn and communicate here. During the intervention, the density and height of new buildings should adapt to the context. By integrating the nature, landscape, architecture and artistic atmosphere, people can enjoy art here and promoting the development of economy.
