From our handmade mince pies and spiced beef to luxurious sides and trimmings prepared in our Dublin kitchen; everything you need to build the perfect meal can be found online or in-store. Please place your Christmas order by Thursday 15th December at 3pm and choose from the available collection and home-delivery slots that run 22nd - 24th December.

When ordering by phone or in-store, please have your order form completed in advance which will save time.

Please note that we have limited collection and home-delivery slots available therefore we advise you to order online and as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Collection

You can collect your order from our Donnybrook, Stillorgan, Malahide, Greystones & Baggot Street on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th December. See page 51 for collection times.

To avoid disappointment, please arrive 30 minutes before store closing.

Please ensure to bring your email order confirmation with you as we

are operating a priority queue for pre-orders. If you do not have this confirmation you can still collect your order, but you will need to use the general queue which will take longer at this time of year.

Beat the Christmas queues by collecting from our Baggot Street store! If you are ordering from Donnybrook or Stillorgan you also have the option of collecting your order from our Baggot Street store from 22nd, 23rd and 24th December from 9am to 4pm.

Delivery

Our Christmas home-deliveries run from 22nd - 24th December. We are offering two delivery slots running from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. You must be at home during your designated slots. Please note that we are not offering our home-delivery service in certain areas including Malahide and Greystones. Please see our website for full details.

In the 1800s the old Fair itself was home to butcher stalls enthusiastically flogging their stock, while Donnybrook Fair itself was founded on the back of a successful butcher family.

Anyone for Sprouts?

We all have memories of Brussels sprouts at Christmas, some of them great, some not so great! Nonetheless, they’re a vital part of any complete Christmas dinner. Our Brussels sprouts come with bacon lardons which really adds to the festive flavour. They are also locally sourced from trusted suppliers in North County Dublin who have been growing sprouts for over 30 years.

ALL THE TRIMMINGS

A Christmas dinner without the trimmings is little more than a roast. The devil is in the detail after all, which is why we create our own stuffings and sauces.

Our traditional chestnut stuffing is handmade using fresh herbs, chestnuts and apple. We also have a delicious fresh parsley and sage stuffing which is prepared with onions, butter and fresh breadcrumbs; the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas turkey.

THE STORY OF OUR KITCHENS

When Donnybrook Fair was founded in 2001, we had one goal in mind: to make our shop a destination for food lovers. To achieve this, we knew that we needed a kitchen space to create a line of classic meals

from scratch. It had to be something special - a cut above the rest, something borne of devotion to food.

What started with just six chefs in our Morehampton Road store slowly grew into a much bigger project, and after searching across Dublin to find a new home, our fully-fledged kitchens in South Dublin were finally founded in 2012.

Now producing hundreds of meals, salads and baked goods every day, our kitchens are the beating heart of Donnybrook Fair. At this very minute, a team of over seventy chefs are hard at work creating the food that we hope will find a home at your table come Christmas Day.

Mature and elegant with rich aromatic complexity. Toasted oak nuances and coconut give way to notes of leather and damp earth from bottle ageing. On the palate, silky, rounded tannins accompany fresh red berries, dried raisins and spicy notes.
