Red or white? Your Christmas wine doesn’t have to be just one or the other – especially for such a grand occasion! All of these wines have been selected with one thing in mind: to bring you the best possible food match to the most important meal of the year.

RED WINE

COTO DE IMAZ

Gran Reserva Mature and elegant with rich aromatic complexity. Toasted oak nuances and coconut give way to notes of leather and damp earth from bottle ageing. On the palate, silky, rounded tannins accompany fresh red berries, dried raisins and spicy notes.

DOMAINE DE LA BOUISSIERE

Gigondas Old vine Grenache and Syrah give both character and delicacy to this harmonious wine. Powerful and racy with flavours of ripe dark fruits, plum and spices that are balanced by fresh, integrated acidity.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape This wine has lively berry fruits on the nose, with a touch of liquorice and a hint of black pepper. Full of fruit, juicy and round with ripe tannins that gently support the cherry, cassis and herb character on the finish.

CROIX DE MARSAN

Bordeaux This is a round fleshy wine, pleasant to drink even at an early age offering ripe fruity aromas and a lovely balance in the mouth with supple tannins. Perfect for red meats and roasted poultry.

ZENATO

Lugana San Benedetto Intense floral aromas and fruity citrus notes, on the palate this Lugana opens up as a wellbalanced, mineral and delicate wine. Pairs exceptionally well with fish, poultry and white meats.

Sancerre With vibrant aromatics, this wine combines fruity, floral notes (lemon, grapefruit, rhubarb, broom) and a wonderfully zesty mineral finish. Richly textured but with lovely freshness, this is top quality Sancerre.

Sauvignon Blanc This sauvignon blanc dazzles with aromas of intense tropical fruit and fresh cut grass notes. The palate bursts with passionfruit, citrus and ripe stone fruit flavours.

Petit Chablis The bouquet of this Petit Chablis releases a blend of citrus and flower aromas (hawthorn, jasmine). Its well-balanced acidity helps the palate to focus on notes of grapefruit and orange rind.
